When should I make my spa reservations?

To ensure you receive all the spa treatments your heart desires, not only is advanced booking suggested, it is highly recommended. Clients may book months in advance, but we suggest 1-2 weeks prior to your desired appointment time. Some treatments may not be available every day. For larger parties of 3+ people, we suggest booking 1 month in advance.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Credit card information is required to reserve an appointment. We require a $50 deposit per appointment if you are booking 3 or more appointments. Appointments missed or not rescheduled with at least 48-hour notice will be charged a minimum fee of $100 per appointment. If the cancellation is a result of an unforseen emergency, the fee will be applied toward spa services occurring within 30 days, subject to availability. No-shows or two consecutive cancellations will require pre-payment for their next appointment in addition to the cancellation fee.

What is your Return Policy?

We allow returns on retail products for up to 30 days for an exchange only or store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee of the appointment.

Is your establishment wheelchair accessible?

Yes! We are now wheelchair accessible. Our entrance, boutique, and reception area is now on the first floor of the building. We have a new beautiful treatment room on the first floor where we are able to perform facials and massages.

Are there any rules of etiquette?

Honor the environment with silence; it is one of tranquility and relaxation. Remember that your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The use of cell phones is not recommended in the spa, if you must answer an important call, we do ask that you either exit the building or please speak softly as we have other clients trying to enjoy their quiet, relaxing services. If you are a new client, arrive early to fill out any necessary paperwork required for your treatment.

What should I wear?

Depending on your treatment, we provide a spa wrap, a robe, headband, slippers and the "world's softest socks". It is recommended that you shower before receiving your treatment and that you disrobe and put on the necessary garment for your scheduled service. Your therapist will leave the room as you disrobe and you will lay under a blanket on the table. Upon completion of the treatment, your therapist will again step out of the treatment room to allow you to redress into your robe. Please remove all jewelry before visiting the spa. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

How should I handle gratuities?

Our services do not include gratuity in the total price. We recommend a standard 20% gratuity for all treatments. For parties of 3 or more we add a 20% gratuity for each service.

What is your coupon/discounted services policy?

Offers are not combinable. You may not use a discounted card (Spa Week, Spa Wellness) for an already discounted service. You may use either a coupon or a gift card for regular priced services. You cannot combine.
